Is your computer running slow? acting weird? I suggest you do a scandisk (google and find out how to do a scandisk) once a month. (with the 2 boxes checked) Have been reformating this computer and found out that the HDD file allocation table has been severely damage. In the end, the whole harddisk gone. But its lucky that it is still under warranty.
Keyword you can search for if your harddisk is damage. This is a 'Western Digital' Brand so I just type in Western Digitial RMA in google. The website will allow you to check your warranty status and teach you how to send the faulty drive back. presto.
